Museum Rental
Fee: $500 for a reception/party/shower meeting: up to 200 people for cocktails or up to 50 seated for dinner. A $250 security deposit is required to hold an agreed upon date. Cancellation fee $50.00.Caterer: You are free to use your own caterer, who in turn will take care of any rental needs: tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc. We recommend Aspen Catering. It is preferable that you plan to set up after 4:00 p.m. the day of the event, and everything must be out of the space by 10:00 a.m. the day after.
Parking: The MADI has spaces for 50 cars on evenings and weekends. For larger groups, Preferred Parking has arrangements to use surrounding business lots. There is no street parking close to the museum.
Fire Hazzards: The Museum is a smoke free facility and care must be taken that fire hazards of any kind NOT be USED.
Staff will be present so that the Museum Shop may be open and to answer questions, or to take care of any problems.
